Physiological reactions of sea-basses juveniles (2-6 months) have been followed in laboratory after transfer to different salinities during Summer 1976 and 1977 : hyperhaline : 41 %. , euhaline : 30 %. , mesohaline medium : 9-10 %o , and oligohaline environments : 1-3%o . A lot of fish has been acclimated ina lagoon, at Certes, to 15-20, of salinity. The evolution of gill ATPases activities (Na+ + K+ and Mg2+ ) was followed. Results show different Na+ - K+ ATPase levels, in relationship with the salinity : - at 30 and 42 %c, the level is high at the beginning of Summer (22,3 _+ 2,8 moles Pi . mg Prot -1 . h-1 decreases at the end of Summer (10,8 _+ 0,5) then increases in the fall (30,0 +_ 4,7) ; - at 10 %=, , the enzyme's activity level is steadily low,... |

Whatever the hydraulic gestion, an épuration of the fishes sewages is possible with the integrated system studied. The main action is situed in the intermediary pond with a significant decrease of nutrients, especially ammonia, and particulate mineral matters. The oyster's pond have no significant action on nutrients, but their action is real on chlorophyll which become limiting factor in 20% renewal system. One of the effluent, system 1 (renewal 10%) had high suspended matter and low nutrient concentrations. The other (renewal 20%) was poor in supcnded matters (chlorophyll). The system 2 give best oyster's growth, close to traditional nursery performances, with an highest mortality (32%). In the first system, suspended matter concentrations are too high... |

Trials on the seabass weaning in atlantic marshes (Roux, 1993), have shown that the use of frozen prey improved this step and reduced his resulting stress. During the present study, which must confirmed these preliminary results, three alimentary sequences were tested. 1) natural zooplankton, weaning pellets, as control, 2) natural zooplankton, inert artemia (intensively produced), weaning pellets, 3) natural zooplankton, natural frozen zooplankton (harvested), weaning pellets. The achieved results show that weaning with intermediary phases (sequences 2 or 3) yield best results. Furthermore the phase with artemia yields, systematically, better results than with harvested zooplankton ; then artemia seems a excellent substitute food representing a... |
